ALL SADDLE ORDERS COME WITH A 5-DAY TRIAL PERIOD.
Simply order the saddle you are interested in trying through our website. Once the order has been placed, it will be shipped within 24 hours (usually same day if ordered before 12pm). We ship domestically in the US and world-wide.
If you decide to send the saddle back, please follow the directions on the Return Card provided with your saddle shipment.
Once we get the saddle back and confirm that it is in the same condition in which it left, we will refund your full payment (minus shipping costs and restocking fee) within 24 hours.
There is a $75 restocking fee for all saddles returned from 5-day trials. However, you will never pay a restocking fee if you end up purchasing a saddle from Highline Tack or Fineline Tack, no matter how many saddles you try. If a saddle is returned, the restocking fee will be taken out of the refund, but it will be used as a credit towards the next saddle purchase.

We have a saddle studio in our Chapel Hill location at 1011 S. Hamilton Rd. Suite 300 Chapel Hill, NC 27517. Please call/text/email to arrange an appointment.
If you find a saddle (or saddles) that you’d like to try, simply check it out and take it with you for a trial. If you need assistance with saddle fitting for your horse, you can send photos of your horse’s withers/shoulder area from the side and behind to email@example.com and we can make sure to prepare a selection that is suitable for your horse.
